In today’s world, high deductible health plans (or HDHPs) are commonplace. This means that your employees need access to financial tools (often referred to as "Care Accounts") that will allow them to use tax-free dollars for basic medical, dental, and vision expenses.
Care accounts can also be used to cover out-of-pocket expenses that are not covered by your insurance plans or are applied to deductibles and coinsurance.
